I build tools that help chess players understand their own games — starting with ChessMentor AI, a Stockfish-powered analyser that detects patterns and gives personalised coaching.

My story

I started playing chess seriously in my twenties and climbed to the top 1% of players globally — ranked in the top percentile on both Lichess (sepiropht) and Chess.com (mesw). What struck me along the way is how hard it is to figure out where you actually go wrong. You lose a game, close the app, and repeat the same mistakes next week.

I built ChessMentor AI to solve that problem. The tool runs Stockfish 17.1 directly in your browser, analyses every move of every game you've played, and — instead of dumping raw engine lines at you — it detects patterns: the fork you keep missing, the piece you keep hanging, the endgame phase where you consistently collapse. Then it builds a profile of your weaknesses and lets you talk to an AI coach about them.

You import your games from Lichess or Chess.com, run the analysis, and get a personalised report in a few minutes.
